ABC And Fox Air Possible Terror Tape: 'Azzam the American' Threatens U.S.

FoxNews reports the video shows a man wearing dark glasses and an Arab headdress wrapped around his face claims to be an American member of Al Qaeda and promises attacks that will make the streets of America "run red with blood:"

"The magnitude and ferocity of what is coming your way will make you forget all about September 11th. ... After decades of American tyranny and oppression, now it's your turn to die. Allah willing, the streets of America will run red with blood, matching drop for drop the blood of America's victims," the man, calling himself "Azzam the American," says on the tape.

A U.S. official told FOX News the tape is believed to be authentic. But the CIA says it has been unable to confirm the tape's authenticity and is analyzing it further.

[. . .]

In the 75-minute message, the speaker praises the Sept. 11 attacks, calls Usama bin Laden and his deputy his leaders, and says a new wave of attacks could come at any moment.

The Drudge Report, contrary to ABC, Fox, and the Associated Press reports that the CIA and FBI have authenticated the al Qaeda videotape.

Drudge offers more details about what the tape contains:

"What took place on September 11 was but the opening salvo of the global war on America and that our Lord willing, the magnitude and ferocity of what is coming your way will make you forget all about September 11," the man, whose face is covered by a headdress, warns in the video.

"After decades of American tyranny, now it's your turn to die."

I don't understand why ABC waited until today to broadcast the tape, since ABC, the Associated Press, and Fox all report the CIA can't authenticate the tape.

At Captain's Quarters, Whiskey approves of ABC's decision not to immediately run with this story, waiting for the CIA and FBI to authenticate the tape. I wonder what Whiskey says now?

I'm glad the true God Almighty will protect us from any of that junk Muslims try to teach. The true God of us all has a son named, Jesus Christ and one day all humans will be judged for all they have or haven't done for Him.
