Moussaoui's Guilty Plea To Be Accepted

The Associated Press reports that U.S. District Judge Leonie Brinkema plans to accept a guilty plea from Zacarias Moussaoui, the so-called 20th hijacker and the only person in the United States charged in connection with the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks.

At The Jawa Report, Dr. Rusty Shackleford posts that he would like to see this case go to trial so we can see the evidence the prosecutors gathered. While I would also like to see the evidence its almost always a good thing to get certainty on your outcome. The government's case has been tied up by appeals for years already. I'll take the guilty plea.
