McCain Doctrine

NBC's Kelly O'Donnell reports on McCain's Speech to the The Los Angeles World Affairs Council, which I posted about here. She calls it an emotional speech designed to reach beyond the Republican base:

I am still against those who are infavor of war in Iraq. I hope Hillary Clinton will win next year. She deserves it.
