Democrats and elite media play up Governor Palin's abilities

Suddenly, after a month-long nonstop smear campaign by Democrats and the Obamamania infested elite media, the left-wing attack machine portrays Governor Palin as formidable.

First, Democrats portrayed her as a small-time mayor from the nation's most remote state, a one-time beauty queen who was wholly unworthy of becoming vice president of the United States.

Now, though, Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin is a wily political tactician, skilled in the sublime art of debate and fully able to go head-to-head with one of the Senate's most cerebral veterans, Sen. Joseph R. Biden Jr.

The anti-Palin smear campaign has been so bad that 51 percent think reporters are trying to hurt Governor Palin with their news coverage.

No, the Dems and the left wing's attack dogs haven't seen the error of their ways. It's just that right now hey need to raise expectations for Governor Palin's performance in tonight's debate. The Democrats and the Obama supporting elite media have so disrespected and belittled Governor Palin since her selection as the GOP vice-presidential candidate, most will be shocked when the Governor blurts out a single coherent sentence.

The Democrats and their media supporters are in for a rude awakening at tonight's debate.
