Judge orders verification of Ohio's newly registered voters

If ACORN and the Democrats still want to steal Ohio, now at least they will have to be a little more subtle about it.

A federal judge in Columbus ordered Ohio Secretary of State Jennifer Brunner to perform the voter verification required by the federal Help American Vote Act:

"Plaintiffs assert, and the court agrees, that it is hard to imagine a public interest more compelling than safeguarding the legitimacy of the election of the president of the United States," Judge George C. Smith wrote in his ruling.

Imagine, a federal judge had to order the Ohio Secretary of State, a Democrat, to do her job.

The judges decision was the result of a lawsuit filed by the Ohio Republican Party against Brunner.

Ohio is one of the states where ACORN has engaged in fraudulent voter registration.
