Michael Sneed reports U.S. Sen. Roland Burris has decided not to seek election to President Obama's Senate seat to which he was appointed by indicted by former Illinois Governor Blagojevich.
The Blogojevich appointment landed Burris in the midst of the Blagojevich pay-to-play corruption scandal.
Burris, who has been unable to raise significant campaign funds, plans to announce his decision later today.
