In the latest poll, released yesterday, Republican Tom Foley has reduced Malloy's lead to 4 percent. A week ago the same poll had Malloy ahead by 6 percent. The poll also found President Obama’s job approval rating in Connecticut dropped from 48 percent to 42 percent.
