A passenger on the 6:19 Metro-North train to Mount Vernon, got his arm stuck in the train's toilet when he tried to recover his cell phone he accidently dropped into the toilet.
Fire Fighters were required to use an acetylene torch to free the stuck passenger.
According to Newsday, all 600 passengers aboard the train had to be evacuated and put on other trains. Northbound trains had to be rerouted and other trains were delayed. Metro-North had to bring out extra trains and crews costing thousands of dollars.
