Today, the New York Times finally discovered the "secret case." It's about time!
Linda Greenhouse’s article, which is about the coalition of media organizations that want to become parties in the secret case, doesn’t add any new information to that which I posted here on Saturday. That is okay.
The real import of the Times article is that now most newspapers will publish similar articles. That will accomplish one of the two goals I had posting about the Secret Case, making as many people as possible aware of this issue. I hope the second goal, a serious discussion of the issue, will naturally follow.
