The main steam media would have us believe the Democrat's leaders are divided on Iraq. Don't believe it.
The Democratic leaders are united in saying that we should withdraw from Iraq. Their only division is whether a timetable should be adopted for the withdrawal. The Financial Times reports a National Journal poll found 45 percent of Democratic insiders said their party should advocate a “specific timetable for withdrawing troops” starting next year, while 43 per cent favored beginning the withdrawal next year, with no specific timetable.
