Senator Lindsey Graham tells Columbia, South Carolina's WIS News 10 that he thinks Alito will be voted out of the Judiciary Committee on a party line vote and confirmed with 60 plus votes.
California Yankee continues to track Senators' positions on Alito's confirmation here.
UPDATE: For the bennefit of all California Yankee readers to whom accruacy is especially important, such as those trading contracts trading contracts on the Alito confirmation vote, Graham's exact quote, at least according to WIS was:
It will be a bipartisan majority somewhere in the 60-vote range.
"...confirmed with 60 plus votes..." is not accurate. He said, "...somewhere in the 60-vote range..." I would take that to mean 60, plus or minus 1 or 2. For those of us trading contracts on this on Tradesports.com, the difference between 59 and 60 is huge.
