Terrorists in Iraq are now using kidnap victims as suicide bombers; seizing them, booby-trapping their cars without their knowledge, then releasing them only to blow up the vehicles by remote control.
Evidence is mounting that the terrorists are having trouble finding willing recruits committed to their "suicide" missions. Remains of "suicide bombers'" hands taped or handcuffed to the steering wheel or feet bound to the accelerator pedal have been found at blast sites.
