Pelosi, the first female Speaker of the House, will be the guest speaker at the Jefferson Jackson Bailey Dinner on April 20 at the Connecticut Expo Center in Hartford. Presidential contender and Illinois Sen.
Must be the Dem's reward for making Chris Shays the only GOP Congressman in the Northeast.
