NBC's Domenico Montanaro reports a new 7News/Suffolk University New Hampshire poll finds McCain gained 12 points in the last month and now leads Romney:
McCain 31%
Romney 25%
Giuliani 14%
Huckabee 9%.
Romney led in the December Suffolk poll 31%-19% over McCain. Giuliani at 14%, lost three points drop.
The poll was conducted from December 27 to 31 and has a margin of error of +/- 5.65 percent.
It looks like McCain will repeat his 2000 victory in New Hampshire.
This 7News/Suffolk University poll kicks off a daily New Hampshire tracking poll. A two-day rolling average of 500 Democrats and 500 Republicans will be reported every morning.
"It looks like McCain will repeat his 2000 victory in New Hampshire."
I wouldn't go that far, but I'll say: This is great news!
Hope you're having a great '08 so far!
