The Rasmussen Reports daily Presidential Tracking Poll for Thursday shows that Barack Obama now attracts 45% of the vote while John McCain earns 43%. When "leaners" are included, it’s Obama 48% and McCain 46%:
Other polls have now confirmed what Rasmussen Reports was the first to report on Monday--that Obama’s Berlin bounce faded as quickly as it came and the Democrat enjoyed no gain from his world tour.
